Jorge Menendez is a financial strategist and Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience supporting founder-led and growth-stage companies across scaling, restructuring, and capital-readiness initiatives. His background combines operational leadership with executive-level financial oversight, making him a trusted partner to founders, boards, and investors navigating complexity and expansion.

Throughout his career, Jorge has led financial and operational transformations across multi-unit businesses and cross-border organizations in the United States and internationally. His expertise spans performance management, capital planning, internal controls, risk assessment, and the design of scalable financial infrastructures aligned with long-term growth.

In 2021, he founded Knighthood Financial, a Florida-based accounting and advisory firm serving growth-stage and internationally connected businesses. Under his leadership, the firm supports companies exceeding $15 million in aggregate enterprise value, providing structured financial operations, forecasting frameworks, compliance oversight, and board-level reporting.

As CFO of emotivae, Jorge oversees financial strategy, capital deployment, internal governance, and fundraising preparation. He works closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure disciplined growth, investor readiness, and long-term financial resilience.

Jorge is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, and has completed executive education coursework through Harvard University online programs in business strategy and financial decision-making.
